From 1st of January 2025, medical
consultations at this practice are mixed billing.
New patients and inactive patients (over 2 years) with a
valid Medicare card will be charged $100.00 initial consultation fee for 15
minutes and can get rebate of $42.85. Medicare Rebates are refunded as soon as
possible to those who hold a Medicare Card. Medicare Rebates are subject to
change.
All the full amount payments are cash or EFTPOS only and
payable on the day.

Bulked Billing
· New patients under 16 years old and over 65 years old/Healthcare card holder will be charged $60.00 only. No part of this fee can be claimed back from Medicare. Further visits will be bulk billed.
· All new arrival Refugee patients are not required to pay initial consultation fee & all visits will be bulk billed withing 24 months.

Cancellation Policy
Missed or cancelled appointment with less than 2 hours-notice will incur a fee of $20.00.
If there is an outstanding account, unfortunately, no further appointment will be made until this amount has been settled.
Medical Record Transfer
From Wednesday 1st of January 2025, the fee for transfers of patient medical histories to another medical centre will be charging $30.00.
We can send a brief summary for free of charge. Please note that it can take up to 14 days from the payment for your file to be transferred.
