Medical Consultations at this practice are Bulk Billed if a valid Medicare Card/Private Health Insurance is presented at the time of consultation.

 

Private consultations (No Medicare Card/Private Health Insurance) for visitor and overseas students

First time Standard Consultation – less than 20 minutes	$65.00
First time Long Consultation – 20 to 39 minutes	$110.00
First time-Prolonged consultation 40 + minutes	$150.00

 

Workcover/TAC (Not covered under Medicare) Until a valid Claim number is provided.

Standard consultation – Less than 20 Minutes	$75.00
Long consultation – 20 to 39 minutes	$135.00
Prolonged consultation – 40+ minutes	$210.00

 

Medicals (Not covered under Medicare/No rebate)

Wound dressing/stitches removal	$10.00 - $25.00
Implanon insertion/removal	$80.00

Mental Health Care Plan

Mental Health care plan – 30 to 45mins	$60.00 out of pocket
Mental Health care plan review – 15mins	$40.00 out of pocket

 

New patient policy

New patients and inactive patients (over 2 years) with a valid Medicare card will be charged $100.00 initial consultation/Registration fee for 15 minutes standard consultation. New patients under 16 years old and over 65 years old will be charged $60.00 only. No part of this fee can be claimed back from Medicare. Further visits will be bulk billed.

New patients without a valid Medicare/Private insurance card will be charged $100.00 registration fee plus consultation fee.

All new arrival Refugee patients are not required to pay initial consultation fee/Registration fee.

Cancellation Policy

Missed or cancelled appointment with less than 2 hours-notice will incur a fee of $20.00.

If there is an outstanding account, unfortunately, no further appointment will be made until this amount has been settled.

Medical Record Transfer

Transfer of patient medical histories to another medical centre will be charging $30.00.

We can send a brief summary for free of charge. Please note that it can take up to 14 days from the payment for your file to be transferred.
