Mandalay Family Clinic is an Accredited General Practice, providing our services in accordance with the General Practice Standards of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.

We offers professional medical care to patients of all ages in Footscray and Hoppers Crossing

You can access our friendly and comprehensive services through appointment as well as walk-in services. 

We maintain the perfect balance between an experienced and fully qualified team and appropriate equipment.

We also have good recall and reminders systems in providing our comprehensive care. 

We strive to provide the highest possible standard of care based on Family Medicine Principles to our patients in the most cost-effective ways.

We offer bulk billing for eligible patients with Medicare. 

We provide general practice services, specialist service, physiotherapy and on-site pathology service. 

Appointment and walk-in Services 

We offer our services through appointment as well as walk-in services at both locations.

You can access our services 7 days a week from 9 am to 6 pm. (Closed for lunch from 1 pm to 2 pm and closed on public holidays)

An appointment is required to consult our specialist and physiotherapist. 

Please ensure to bring your Medicare card and any Health Care Card/Pension Card/DVA Cards. 

Home visits and Afterhours

Home visits are provided by this clinic at the discretion of the doctor and where it is safe and reasonable.

During our closing hours our phone is diverted to HOME DOCTOR SERVICES. They will attend home visits.

Visitors and Overseas Students 

Patients who hold current and valid Student or Visitor Health Cover are welcomed to attend our Clinics.

All the payments are Cash or EFTPOS only and payable on the day.

Preventive Health

We also provide age and sex specific screening activities in accordance with the current recommendation, such as cervical cancer screening, bowel cancer screening, childhood immunization.  
You can inform our friendly receptionists when you make appointment for these preventive health activities and you will be advised accordingly. 

VicRoads and Pre-employment Medical Check

You can book longer appointment for VicRoads and Pre-employment medical check.

Travel Vaccines

We provide vaccination to our patients who will be travelling overseas according to current recommendations. 

Flu Vaccine

We also provide annual influenza vaccination to prevent influenza.
